TEST RESULTS

Regular testing is crucial to any successful development plan. Without tests, there are no chances to show whether what the members do during the training sessions is worth the time and money. We have devised a method from the beginning of our being. We conduct 20 minutes test every 6 weeks in which a member must do as many 400 meters as possible. 3 times a year we check for how the speed of our members develops. The third type of test is what we call the recovery test. The members must run 1200, 800 and 400 meters with 2 minutes breaks in between the runs.
