Welcome you to our training plans. 

We mainly focus on developing children for a healthier life style. For 2021 we have re-evaluated our work and decided to get involved with adults too. Seeing basically all out running from many adults without the slighest regard to style and healthy approach to this activity. 

We know we can help many people by simply applying the basics of running. 

Right now we offer 3 plans for those who wish to improve running safely.

Basic athletics for starters

1 More Step

- This program is mainly designed for

   children under the age of ten.

- We are teaching basic athletics and basic motor skills.

- We also concentrate on improving the fitness level of

   each of our member step by step.

- No child is left behind regardless of ability. 

From age 5-10

Why not become competitive

Reboot/ Refresh/ Restart

- This program is exclusively for adults.

- The target is to help to develop an approach to health

  that will not overwhelm anyone's daily routines but

  evolve it into happiness.

- Results only can be guaranteed via attendance.

Above 18 only

Elite level athletics training

Advanced Youth Training

- This program is designed for children

   who are able and ready to compete.

- The teaching of basic athletics and

   basic motor skills continues.

- Improving the fitness level is in absolute

   focus of this program.

Ages between 10-18
